This melter holds about 450 pounds of yellow brass per melt The chamber dimensions are 21 inches diameter by 24 inches deep. The working height from the floor to the top of the lid derrick is 51 inches. With the blower mounted in the in-line position, the furnace measures 66 inches from the front surface of the shell to the inlet edge of the gas solenoid. You should have an extra 12 inches to plumb in the gas line, so figure a minimum of 78 inches from the wall to the front edge of the furnace. The dimension the from the left burner inlet to the back edge of the blower is about 83 inches, so you can figure floor space requirements at about 66 inches by 83 inches. The overall height of the turbo blower is 31 inches. The center of the 2.5 inch pipe union which connect the flower mixer assembly to the furnace manifold is 16.5 inches.
